Till today am fighting with them so that they can give me the phone

Very poor service till today they gave me a hurt time to give me the phone, they talk lot of stories thy want to give me phone worth R5000 where as I bought my phone R5700 none of them told me I won’t get the phone worth the value I covered and on top of that it’s my 1st claim and every month I have been paying my premium since I lost my phone Feb and claim it but Finrite hv the guts to deduct the monthly end of March.April & May and thy know very well I don’t have the Phone, the premium for that 3 months it’s for wat, one of them when I laid a complain told me about Review, the next one said he knows nothing about review he is talking the matter to Escalation , till today am still waiting since from feb and non of them back to me, one of the consultant I spoke to it’s Loyd Motswagole
