Please revet feedback.my cell phone claim

Im disappointed with the service I got from you.I took cell phone insurance with you guys in 2018 when i bought my cell phone.this year in July my phone was ****** went to Forchin and everything documents were submitted tomy surprise when.I requested feedback was told that my insurance was cancelled last year in December by the Forchin administrators for what im still asking myself because they are not able to give me answers.
