Hi I had a cellphone insurance with you guys and you cancelled my insurance during Covid without alerting me and then you guys tried to explain why it was cancelled.Now for 4 months I been asking if I can get my policy documents that I signed and you guys lie and tell me about 3 working days.My phone isn’t covered now and you always at the call centre we need to wait 50 minutes with no assistance but lies
