Not fine!! Over-priced fine dining prices with poor dining quality.

A most awful dining experience!! Fine Time Steak Co has over-priced fine dining prices with poor dining quality. Not a fine time at all and not worth a cent that I spent tonight. (Not surprisingly) there were only two tables occupied. No atmosphere whatsoever. If you advertise that you are a steak restaurant, then at least grill your steaks correctly. Our medium-rare steaks (with a specific request to lean toward rare) were OVERcooked; more like well done, and the food for our table of four took an hour to arrive. The Manager / Owner, Gert Joubert, (who sat at a table outside and not once interacted with his customers) has no idea of how to handle a customer complaint. I was gobsmacked at the rude, arrogant and argumentative manner in which he dealt with the concern we raised with the quality and preparation of our overcooked steaks. His attitude was atrocious!! Shame on you Gert for not dealing with your customers in a professional manner! Notwithstanding the excellent service provided by the waiters, Jordan and Ashley, who did a great job, (and who were extremely embarrassed by the boss’ behaviour), I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN – and I suggest that, unless you like overcooked steak, you don’t risk it either.
