Fine Prints Don't Deliver and Dont Refund

I have been ordering signage from Ad Value. In Mid August I ordered a sign board. I paid it in full upfront. After 2 weeks no sign board was delivered. It seems the company changed to Fine Prints. After another 3 weeks of promises of the signboard being on its way, I requested a refund. I have now been waiting another 2 weeks for the refund. I have visited their premises at Melville 27 boxes on numerous occasions and every time I receive more promises. I want a refund, that is all.
