Horrible customer service and no feedback on customer complaints

I have raised a complaint via email on the bad customer service I received with fine lines landscaping staff and driver, I raised serious concerns on how my rights were violated, It is the 20th of April 2026 today and I cannot believe I have not received feedback since the 3rd of March 2026, I have been following up on email but no feedback whatsoever.
