"Fine Lines landscaping" - not so fine !

On 4 October 2023 I ordered LM grass . I received an email confirming delivery will be the next day ( Thursday) or Friday if delivery could not be made the Thursday. I made calls at 10.10am, 12.29pm, 14.27 and again 16.36pm on the Friday and no delivery. I desperately called on the Saturday at 9.33am and was promised my grass would be there. I had arranged for lawn installation. By Saturday afternoon at 15.26 I still had no grass. The driver then called to say he was on his way to Pretoria!! one cannot be expected to wait 3 days for grass! Terrible service ! I then had to leave my house as I do have a life outside of waiting for invisible grass to arrive. They refused to deliver the grass and I had to go through the following Wednesday exactly a week after ordering to collect myself. They would also not refund me the R500 delivery fee. They are no good and i would not recommend them to anyone
