Don't use these guys - not professional at all

Very poor customer service. Had 55sqm total of grass installed in 2 areas. Installation was done on time but left very un even, no levelling, broke of existing irrigation, buried new grass irrigation below the gras and no cutting and filling of areas even though I paid for it and a professional installation.

After install they send me a whatsapp with a ratings link. I complained on the whatsapp message and asked for a call from them.

A lady called shortly afterwards enquiring what my complaint is. After explaining the above to her she asked me if I was present at the installation. I said no and then she said it's my own fault as I had to manage her people (This is the professional install part I paid for). From here the conversation got heated and I said to her that this is leading to a legal approach because her quote and invoice had no such terms and conditions. She advised me to go legal with a very poor attitude. I asked for the CEO contact details for my legal letter and she refused to give it out.

The ratings link was also promptly removed from the whatsapp message

So this is what you get from Fine Lines Landscaping. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN
