Dishonest Fine Lines Landscaping

On 25 January 2023 I placed an online order for a specific plant. I paid for the plant, received email confirmation and arranged for the plant to be collected by myself, on 28 Jan 2023 between 10 -12pm. I was ****med. There was no plant, no one knows anything about it. I phoned Leepolla (Fine Lines Landscapers) and all she did was to promise to refund me (I refused to give her my banking details since she cannot be trusted), she screamed and yelled at me over the phone and then she asked one of the gardeners to chase us off the premises. Lesson learned. Stay away from Fine Lines Landscaping Muldersdrift. Their number is *** / *** / ***. I am trying to open a case at Muldersdrift Police Station. (The exact same situation happened previously with Greenlandlandscapers, Monica was the salesperson. It sounds like the same people. Same voice, same modus operandi and false promises and then the threats.)
