WORST SERVICE EVER FROM FINE LINE KIDS

I am extremely dissapointed in the service I received from Fine Line Kids. I placed an order on the 12th of September 2019 and was advised and reassured that I will receive the dress before the 23rd of October 2019 as I needed it for photo day for my daughter. They do not respond to messages, their email address does not exist and they also don't pick up the phone when one tries to phone them. I've sent multiple messages via whatsapp, sms, email and messenger and no response. I will not be supporting them at all again and I am seriously starting to doubt that I will ever receive the dress I ordered. Worst service ever!!!!
