Shoddy service

My complex is managed by FHL. They did little or nothing to comply with covid-19 regulations. In fact, they dutifully collected their dues every month throughout the lockdown despite failing to provide a full service to their clients. They were also tardy in addressing a break-in at the complex which resulted in the lift not being operational.
