Unhappy supplier

I have a Gutter business and we did work for one of my clients. Fine Golding damaged the gutter and we were asked to replace the damaged gutter, which we did more than a year ago!!! I am still battling to get some sort of a reaction from them. I also agree with previous comment. They are NON PAYERS and even the Director does not respond to emails or calls. Come on Fine Golding!!!
