Inferior quality

I complained about the quality of a matrass I bought +- 2 years ago, and I was told by the owner of the company that he will collect the matrass and return it to the factory for evaluation. I requested the matrass to be replaced, coz I don't have another bed to sleep on. He advised that it is a factory issue and unless he returns the marress, he is unable to assist.
