BAD QUALITY PRODUCT

A matrass bought 2 years ago is already in such a bad shape. When I requested it to be replaced, I was told that the matrass was only an entry level matrass, and I should not have expected more from it. This was not mentioned when I bought the matrass. I was asked who will sleep on it, as it will be good for persons up to 80 kg. My daughter has back problems, and it is a huge problem, as she can't sleep at night because of the poor quality of the matrass.

I was told that they will collect the matrass and have it repaired.

In the meantime where should my daughter sleep? And how do you repair a matress?

I asked the owner to help with ideas on how to resolve the problem, but since my last e-mail to him on 26/02/2019, I have not heard from him again.
