Unprofessionalism at its worst.

I am currently a Fine Fragrance Collection agent and have been for the past two years. I have not received my order for over a month now.The delivery takes 14 business says max. I cannot trace my order nor do they answer their telephones for answers. I'm highly frustrated and losing customers mensing there's a huge breach in my income.
