Poor Service

All the time when visiting the Alberton City kiosk I will sure be assisted by the "back in 10 min" sign for m9re than 15.... I'm currently still having a jolly conversation with this sign , our lovely chat began sometime around 11:45 and it is now 12:14....

Sales Assistant at the Kiosk returned with attitude, when we inquired about the waiting time and the non apology she chuckles and muttered askies.
