poor service

i have placed an order on the 1st of March,still now nothing,no one is getting back to me and telling me whats going on,last week thursday i called and the lady told me my order will be packed later that day..since now nothing,,im so dissapointed...and i dont evn knw how to cancel,,tried calling today no answer...the service is so bad. my order number 159958,,my contact number *** ***
