Poor customer service

@fine fragrance ,The kiosk at Northgate a sales lady called gugu this afternoon refused to to assist me when I got there at 17h50...I am failing to understand your working hours because on the website it state that it closes at 18h00..after having to drive from eastgate because yall ran out of stock....this is really upsetting and unprofessional.
