Mediocre after sales / customer service

I've had similar experiences with Fine Fragrance Collection customer service. The phone number just rings indefinitely. I've also sent multiple emails to their customer service department and have not received any responses, which is very frustrating.

It's clear that Fine Fragrance Collection does not value their customers or their agents. Their lack of response to emails and unavailability on the phone shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It's a shame because the fragrances themselves are quite good, but the terrible customer service outweighs any positives.

If you're considering purchasing fragrances from Fine Fragrance Collection, I would strongly advise against it. There are plenty of other options available from companies that actually care about their customers and are willing to provide excellent customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
