Disgusting sevice

I ordered on their website. After a month I contacted then to find out when my parcel would be delivered. I was dealing with a Selina Morabe. She told me that my parcel had been delivered. Then asked for the proof that I had signed for it. Signature does not belong to me and asked them to investigate the matter. Their courier is Fastway. To date no feedback or refund or reissue of my parcel. This is the most pathetic service I have ever had with an online order. 2 months..no parcel nothing. I have spoken to this woman so many times and no outcome. I will never do business with them again. PATHETIC SERVICE WITH NO SOLUTION. So angry and disappointed!!!!!
