Damaged consignment

I ordered a starter pack for the purpose of reselling however my order was extremely delayed and it was damaged when I received it. I would not say it was damaged by the couriers because one bottle spray clamp was opened and that perfume spilled on all the other bottles. I sent an email to fine fragrance and to one of their consultants by they did not bother to respond. This affected my income because I couldn't sell to my clients
