CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FINE FRAGRANCE COLLECTIONS AND SECURITY GUARFS FROM CRESTA MALL

I went to Cresta mall to one of their stands to buy a perfume obviously.I was assured by a Lady named NERIA okay fine I pay R159.00 I even make a conversation with her asking more about the product.I leave and walk to the Ladies but now I notice the security guard that followed me to the toilet even when I WALK OUT,o could even hear that no maan these people are discussing me but I don't pay attention .As am walking I see security guards coming towards me heee????as about to walk out from the door this security lady asks me to come with them,my response was you guy's better have a better explanation as to why this is happening and ohhh by the way i work around Cresta so Cresta Mall is like a tick shop for me i really don't know why would I ***** a perfume that i usually buy from the same people like really but anyway they take me to their offices and ask me to take out the perfume I stole.I take out the slip that I received for the very same lady that claims i stole and the confirmation from my bank the security guards including the centre management respond to say they Were only doing their job okay fine I then ask then to Call NERIA she comes and says that it was not me but the other lady.My question is how is if possible cause lady that she is referring left the area where the stand is situated in long,we not even alike she was wearing a purple top so she says and I wearing a different colour.I was treated like a ********.Customer service I got today was so frustrating,disappointing and very irritating.I won't leave this matter.
