Courier Issues

These perfumes are great and I have no issues with FFC however I have a huge issue with the courier company they are using that only delivers on Mondays and my goods have been sitting at their depot since 20 December 2023. Why do you associate yourselves with a company that has a despicable reputation and does not care about their customers?
