Cold and unwelcoming customer service

On Wednesday the 29tb of March, my mom and I went to the kiosk so I could show her what they sell. As we were approaching the 2 ladies on duty they were immediately cold, unwelcoming and annoyed that we were coming to them. Around the t kiosk, it showed the different fragrances and it also read "become an agent". My mom was interested and enquired about what that would entailed and it felt like we further antagonized and we were "bothering them with our stupid questions". Very unwelcoming and just rude. I just told my mom we will go to the Randburg shop. Heard nothing but good things about their customer service. They need to treat potential customers better. I was completely put off
