Bad attitude from lady at Olivedale store and very bad management of store

Not a very good experience on Sunday at All Saints Centre Olivedale store (10 November 2024).

I have been buying from FF since Simon was in his garage in Olivedale - bought directly from the house.

The lady behind the counter (brown dreadlocks) is not very good for your business. I asked for strips for testing and she said she doesn't have any. It is a perfume shop! People need to be able to test / smell the product before purchasing. Improvise - simply could have gone to a stationery store there and bought a couple of pieces of A4 paper and cut them as a temporary fix. When we arrived at the centre, there was a sign on the door - back in ten minutes so she could have easily gone to the stationery store for the paper.

The stock room door was wide open for everyone to see boxes, packaging and didn't look professional.

Then asked the lady for the perfume I had picked and she said no stock. No sorry, nothing. She actually argued with me. Very bad attitude.

Then, I sent the online form complaining about this two days ago and guess what, no response from Fine Fragrance - they can't even bother to apologize.

We walked out of the shop, never to return again. There are other perfume manufacturers and this is exactly how a business folds, by not monitoring service.
