Unsatisfactory service

The ladies working there are very rude and I normally buy in bulk, they actually threw bottles In the plastic and now I'm sitting with broken bottles of perfume,which is very bad because I spend alot of money and don't get what I actually deserve. I wrote to the head of customer care Neria and she never even bothered to respond. Says alot about how they treat customers
