Deals with things as they come in. Don't expect follow up or any returned calls. Taken weeks to replace a battery (The one he sold me died within 2 months so it should be replaced under warranty) and every time I ask for an update I get non-committed "I'm working on it" or "soon" or "don't worry I got your back" responses.
