Worst house agents ever
Worst house agents ever, they tell you lies just so they can get a sale. When you ask what needs to come to you then you are just ignored and sent in circles
Don't trust them, especially agents Ockert Schenk and Travis Smith. They took their commission and **** to us that we will monies back due to legligence

05 May 2021, 09:33Stephen, contacted us but the matter has still not been resolved, we are still out of pocket due to the buyer not giving back our gate motor or paying the R3000 for it as agreed in the meeting with the attorneys and house agent. We are very disappointed that we still have this matter unresolved 3 years later. Now we are just meant to accept it?

05 May 2021, 09:36And also no effort was made to refund us the money we paid for security to look after the property untill the purchaser took ownership. This was also agreed to in the meeting with the purchaser and conveniently not taken further.
