Whatever you do, do not trust these people to have your best interest at heart. Werner van Schalkwyk is a lying, scheming agent who does not care about another human being and just chases his commission. People like Werner gives Estate agents a bad name. There are much better and ethical companies out there to deal with. DO NOT make the mistake to list your house through them or buy a place they have listed. They will stab you in the back without even flinching! Going behind my back telling the seller that I cannot get my house sold was a LIE and now I will lose the property because of his scheming and lying. there is a special place in hell for people who treat vulnerable people like dirt. I wish I could give a zero rating on this review
