USELESS AND ***********

<p>We have rented through Fine and Country Randburg since January.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the inception of our rental contract we have had sewage issues, COJ billing issues, leaking roofs, and rats in the roof (all these being existing issues prior to us moving in which had not been dealt with).</p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend anyone considering stay as far away from Fine and Country Randburg as is possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are not helpful, to get them to perform the required maintenance to fix the issues is near impossible and they have a tendency to shout you down.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
