I was dealing with either the partner or agent by the name of Francois who is really good at sweet talking you but try to get him once the deal is done its impossible. THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO GET INVOLVED IN THE KEY HANDOVER UNLESS YOU CALL THEM. ONCE THE MONEY IS IN THE BANK YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM. i have made numerous calls to his office and cell number, he has been in a meeting for the past 2 months and he does not believe in returning calls once the deal is done. i urge you to do your homework before taking for granted that the name of the company conducts themselves in a professional manner. Be careful of all the compliance certificates they provide during the sale believe you me if you pick something up afterwards that affects the compliance they will just push you from one person to the next, which is the responsibility of the agent to ensure everything is in order prior to selling a property.
