The Agent, all she cares about is getting a commission at whatever cost. no customer service and professionalism

I bought a house through Fine & Country's Agent last year, 2019. When I was still viewing the house I noticed water marks on the ceiling, close to the skylight and I inquired about these marks with the Agent, who then advised me that, the Body Corporate (BC) fixed the issues on the ceiling last year when there was a storm that caused the water leaking in the roof . The ceiling was then painted and I moved in on the 1st November 2019, in Dec, JHB heavy rains started, and the ceiling started leaking again, when i called the BC, they advised me that they have never done any work on that ceiling as previously advised by the Agent. In actual fact, there has been issues with the skylight for years and they have always said that, they will not get involved with it as it is not part of the common property. So the Agent intentionally **** and misrepresented me into believing that She had spoken to the BC when she never did. Further, the BC advised me that the only claim that came from the previous owner, was on the geyser burst/pressure valve, which as things are now, I also have the same issue with the geyser/valve pressure and these were never disclosed to me. The geyser burst took place in May, I bought the house in June, few weeks after the geyser burst and it was never disclosed.

The service I have received from these people is appalling from day one, the subtle ******, to them wanting to get a contractor to come do the work at the house, without even coming in to do the assessment and diagnose the work that needs to be done. To them refusing to take responsibility for their actions, and them wanting me to inherit a house with issues for life, and the ********* behavior of misrepresenting the information.
