Worst service ever, we as a seller of our property regret ever listing our house with this property agent to sell our property

We did not get the price we wanted and they did not want to cut on his commission

We had a meeting about our concerns regarding the misconduct and neglegence of the sales consultant from Fine and Country resulting in vandalism of our property.

This resulted in us having to pay an excessive amount of excess and costs for a security guard to look after the place untill the purchaser took ownership

We agreed in a meeting what needs to be deducted from the sales agents commission and this was not done

I was told I am emotionally involved in the sale of our property due to asking what is due to us

Now the attorneys say it is our responsibility to claim what is outstanding from the purchaser and the sales agent is also not answering our call
