Magdaleen Erasmus... Over charging, No feedback, No refund!

We rented a unit through Fine and Country (Magdaleen Erasmus). From the onset the agent neglected to assist in having a water leak fixed. It took months for other items to be repaired. Subsequently after moving out and paying a penalty for early termination, the agent refused to refund other money due. This after double charging us for internet and attempting to over charge for items.

Horrible service from Magdaleen Erasmus, I lodged a complaint with her and Fine and Country in November and December 2023.... To date NO FEEDBACK.

Incredibly unprofessional service and company. Not the first complaint i have heard about them.

Watch out for this agency and agent.
