I don't trust these agents not even a bit

I usually just mind my own business but I do not trust these people. Seems like they put houses on Property24 , force people to scramble for the house making the price go up. We once went to a viewing for a house listed R1.95m only to be asked what our 'bidding offer' was. Our offer was what we saw the house advertised for (R1.95m), but the agent kept on telling us that we need to offer more than was advertised if we wanted the house. The same thing happened this time with a different house. Advice based on all the reviews, just stay away.
