Humility and accountability

Well done Geoff one of the directors at Fine and Country for dealing and resolving the issue after my complaint. He immediately took responsibility and accountability to promptly resolve the issue. A genuinely good hearted guy who can be trusted. He restored my faith in Fine and Country as a company to do business with. Mistakes will happen but how a company responds to a mistake speaks volumes about their sense of integrity and trustworthiness. I'm pleased about their response and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
