Fine country randburg is a bunch of greedy people

the trustees of Hartfield Village hired this company code Fine & Country Randburg to manage Hartfield Village. Immediately when they got on board, the first thing they do, they charge R200 penalty if the levies are not paid by the 1st of the month. I am disputing this is highly unfair. if your are late with a few days on your levy, you get an extra charge of R200???? even if you invest R10000 in the bank, you do not earn an interest of R200 a month!!!!...my account is up to date and they charge a penalty of R200 based on their penalties that I have clearly told them I would not pay it. how can you charge me R200 when my account is paid up? they have sent an email threatening me with an adverse credit record if I do not pay penalties of R600....THEY MUST GO TO HELL!!!
