Fine & Country do not care one bit for Tenants and also, if this is the case, prospective home owners

Since the beginning of our tenancy, Fine & Country Randburg has not given a single worry. Put simply, they do not care, they are a hopeless crowd to deal with, nothing gets done and at the end of the lease, they try and hold on to every cent they can - of your deposit.

Their lease contract is so in favour of the Landlord and believe me, they will make sure they go back to every clause of that contract should you have a dispute.

We were fair and reasonable throughout the lease period and when problems arose, they took forever to respond and they never seemed interested to help.

Hopeless, useless and *******. Proceed with serious caution with them, unless of course you want to fight for your deposit at the end!
