I have been renting from this Real Estate Agency for more than 3 years never missed a payment ever.

They forced me to pay a double deposit on the first lease agreement that I was supposed to pay of which I have paid more than half of it already.

The first Lease agreement had expired by then received 2 others after that where they did not expect me to pay the rest of the second deposit and then after a huge fight on emails and phone calls they started harassing me for the balance.

If I move they have to pay my deposit back to me regardless of the balance on the second deposit but while I'm residing in their leased property they will harass no matter what.

Their accounts personnel made a mistake on the last lease agreement I have the email as proof if any is needed said that i was in credit with them and then the whole thing changed over night and all of a sudden we owe them money again.

I would honestly not advise any one to rent a property from this agency its a huge risk and the customer service is not of the best.
