DO NOT USE THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!

They take your fee but...you need to enquire every time that you don't receive any payment. They find you tenants that sign lease agreements and try to change the terms mid-way and do not hold them liable for money owed. I had 2 set of ******* tenants in my property during February and I had to get these people out, the first time was easier than the second set of ******* tenants, which finally vacated last night at 21:00. Despite paying a monthly management fee and a Pro Legal fee every month, this had positive impact on my dilemma's. They are not able to give you any advice on what to expect when someone has not vacated your property as per their date on their letter issued. They do not follow your instructions as per the signed lease agreement and prefer to allow their "experience" to dictate when a tenant should vacate your premises. They do not care about the damage that has been done to your property or that keys have gone missing and that you now have to change all your locks. They cannot care less that your property has not been cared for. And all this is a short 6 month period of my relationship with them, which I bitterly regret with every fibre of my being! They simply do not care about anything except receiving their monthly fee and do not "manage" anything despite your signed agreement with them. Their Head Office does not respond to your complaints never mind acknowledge it with anything besides a standard response when your e-mail hit's their server. I would not recommend them to anyone so please think very carefully if you want them to manage your property, there are other managing agents out there that I am sure are 100% more effective than they are. Fine & Country Randburg are absolutely awful and their Head Office's lack of response is a very good indication as to the reason they are so ineffective and non-reactionary to very real problems that can occur!
