do not rent from them

<p>I rented a property from them. Did some free maintenance for the owners of 50 Ferreira street. Nelspruit. This is on record at fine and Country. Nelspruit. Due to some financial reasons. My rent fell behind behind. I made an arrangement to work by back rent up to date. By doing the maintenance on 2 of their properties. Then the rental agent gave us a 7 day notice to vacate the premices. We did so. We have all the documentation. Including the email correspondence. The case went to the rental tribunal in Nelspruit. At the last hearing, the agent **** through her teeth saying that she did not give us 7 days notice. Now. I had to close my business because I lost over R 6000 due to this mess. What do I do in this situation. Even the Rental tribunal refuses to pick up their phones so I can find out what is going on. This is now months after they said it wil only take 3 weeks.</p>
