appliance repaires
This Keith/Kenneth person came out to my property to fix my dishwasher. Apparently, he fixed the heat controller and the pump, and it cost us R1650-00. When I asked him for the old parts, he had to look in his car for them. I realized afterward that they were not even the correct parts for this machine. The next day, the dishwasher was doing the same thing, and we contacted him repeatedly. Every time he said he would come and check, but never pitched up. please be aware. He is not an SA citizen. he is from Zimbabwe.

Failed Appliance Services
Technicians from Keith Appliance Repairs attended to my Miele built-in freezer and charged me R3,850 for new compressor and for fixing gas leaks in the internal pipes. They reinstalled the freezer, and it started freezing immediately after switching on, and when it reached -6º I paid Keith. The next morning, the freezer was registering -5º and on enquiry it was suggested I place foodstuff in the freezer. I did that for the weekend, and on Monday morning it was registering -2º - when the setting was for -18º. The following day, the freezer was not registering any temperature. Keith responded to my texting saying he would come out to check the freezer - that was on Tuesday. He never arrived, and I have had radio silence from Keith since then - to both texts and calls from me. Keith trades under the names Keith Appliance Repairs and Fine Appliance Repairs

Good day - Please do not do any business with this company. The guy calls himself Kenneth or Keith. He came to my house on the 23/01/2026 to fix my fridge. He claimed he fixed my 2 PC boards and said I had to pay R3950 plus R2400 for another compressor. On 31/06/2026 he collected my fridge, and stole it. I am now busy with opening a case of ***** against him. I have his bank details, license plate detail and a copy of all the communication with him. The cell phone number he uses is: *** and ***. He refuse to give his address so I can collect my fridge and I do not have an email address.
