When Findyourdeal.co.za makes you beg for refund

I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. Here is my story:

I purchased a product last week Monday only to be informed the next day that there is no stock. No mention was made of a refund. I contacted them the next day in which the lady I spoke to was so shocked that I asked for a refund. No product = Refund. It's simple math really. The lady said she would speak to her manager about processing the refund. I asked her for confirmation to be sent to me once done- no confirmation was received, neither was my refund.

I followed up two days later with no joy. I then spoke to the manager Wayne two days ago (five days had passed at this stage) and he promised he was processing my refund. It's now two days later and still no refund.

They are making me beg for my money. Its absolutely horrific and disgusting. They don't respond to their emails and when you call and follow up and ask for confirmation, you don't get that too.

Please don't use this service provider. I am quite tolerant but this company really has a way of testing their clients.

********** will one of you please pay me the courtesy of getting back to me and refunding my payment? All I have received from you guys is disappointment and shocking customer service.
