Speedy resolution. 6 working days between order and refund!

With all the negative ratings of late I wanted to share my experience with this company. I ordered a Bosch oven on Thursday 28th August the whole of last week when checking my order it stated being processed and didn’t update as to when the delivery would take place. I phoned a few times and spoke to the receptionist who said she would get Wayne the MD to contact me. On Friday evening (the 7th) Wayne contacted me personally to inform me that the oven I ordered had been discontinued and that he had been trying to source on for me but to no avail. I mentioned that had seen the same model in stock at another vendor. He said that he would refund me with pleasure and the refund has just gone through today Sunday 9th Sept. It took Find Your Deal only 6 working days from when I placed my order to getting a personal call from the MD and for them to refund me my order. My experience has been attentive, positive and transparent. I do not believe this is a **** but with the increase in demand the company is in a transitional phase and soon it will be back to the high rated company it was before. It is also an approved vetted vendor on Price Check which would not be the case if they weren’t legit.
