No Deal at Find Your Deal

An order for a coffee machine was accepted by Find Your Deal on 10 August 2018. A credit card payment was made. A follow up e-mail was sent to Find Your Deal on Tuesday 21 August 2018, to enquire about the outstanding delivery. Mr Gosher, the Managing Director, called me on my cell phone immediately afterwards, apologised and promised to have the machine delivered by Friday 24 August 2018. The goods did not arrive. On Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 August 2018 further attempts were made to contact Find Your Deal representatives, but all attempts were unsuccessful. I visited the premises at 139 Corlett Drive in Bramley on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 August 2018, but found the premises locked up and deserted, with a makeshift Find Your Deal sign on the door.
