Frustration, anger, lack of service!

Lack of order and delivery update. It has already been over a month since I made my order and payment, but still not everything has been delivered yet. Emails are not always answered and when calls are made there is always an excuse. This service is seriously unacceptable, it's ridiculous that it's taking so long for delivery when on their website it mentions 5-7 working days, now updated to 7-9 working days. And regarding stock availability, it says that your payment will be refunded within 48 hours, doesn't happen at all, I was only told a week later that the product was sold out, on another order I made a few days after the first order, and nothing has been mentioned about refunding me. Really wish they could go back to their good service in the past year as seen on many reviews from the past years. You guys seriously need to step up your game soon since this year is almost finished! It is very frustrating dealing with them, delivery promise never kept, super disappointed!!!
