I am not sure who can help me get my goods delivered from this business?

After a month now, they have stopped replying to my emails and don't respond to phone calls.

They also won't honour a free item as advertised on their website at date of purchase, their response was that the deal expired and was a supplier mistake for being on their website.

Good advice is to believe the bad reviews this business received and then decide if you still want to do business with them.
