Their customer service and product quality is appalling. - Delivery period is open ended, it took weeks to get purchased item delivered. - Customer service consultant is untrained and unprofessional, even hanging up on clients because they were “busy on another line” - Wayne the owner has little regard for customers, failing to respond to customers, not keeping agreed dates and avoiding calls of complaint. - Find Your Deal sold me a faulty appliance and once reported said they would call to arrange for collection and replacement. After weeks of silence they back track and refuse to replace or refund, shrugging off the responsibility to manufacturer. Manufacturer confirms that all replacements are to be done through Wayne the distributor. A formal complaint has since been logged with the manufacturer.
