False advertising and excuses all the time!!!!
Find your deal is the worst online service providers. False advertising and excuses is what I've been dealing with as a first time buyer of their deals. I bought a kettle on 02 March 2018 and today is 02 April 2018. A month later and the kettle has not been delivered. Every week is a different story about their order issues, stock on delivered yet, delay from manufacturers, colour not available... story after story, one excuse after another. I made a big mistake buying from them. I should have stock to takealot. I want my full refund. Your service is beyond poor. Actually there is no service at all. You wasted my time, refund please.
We aplogise for not being able to supply your kettle timeously in the colour you requested. The supply did not have stock of that colour as we informed you immediately after placing your order and you elected to wait for the stock to arrive as per the date given to us by the supplier. Unfortunately they kept on moving the ETA date for the stock. We fully understand your frustration in waiting for the item and the continuous delays. We refunded your purchase price upon your request. We are sorry that we could not fulfill your order due to the supplier not having the stock as promised.
