TERRIBLE TO NO SERVICE PROVIDED BY FIND PLACES

Find Places has provided absolutely no service. In October 2017 we were advised that we were required to pay R850.00 basic annual listing fee to Find Places so that our listing would remain active on their website. We made the full payment of R850.00 on 10/10/2017 and sent proof of payment to ********** and ********** once the payment was done. Since the payment was made, our account has been suspended. I have sent numerous emails, tried calling their number ********** which is always engaged and I have send messages on their live help system which is offline majority of the time, to have the suspension on our account lifted. It is now 11/01/2018, 3 months later and I am still trying to get the suspension lifted off our account. I have requested to set up a meeting with management at Find places to have the issues sorted out, however no one has the decency to respond to my emails or messages sent online. I have tried all options to get hold of them and have had no luck which is why I am now writing this review as it is my last resort.
